Pros

The office is conveniently located and is easy to get to via bus or subway. The building will be mostly vacant soon as other companies are leaving.

Cons

Management is totally out of touch. They run the company like it is 1974. No diversity in workforce, no diversity in thought, women do the housekeeping chores and men make the decisions and run the finances. Business leaders care little for research or data quality, less about clients and least about employees. Not a good company whether you are a client or a worker.
