Pros

Well-regarded by clients, wide variety of clients. Easy to pursue internal transfers if desired. 12 company holidays/year plus summer Fridays. Vacation pretty generous. Sales pressure could be much worse.

Cons

No formalized work/life policies (flex time or work from home at each manager's discretion), limited office perks. Review/bonus objective setting process a huge mess if it actually happens. No bonus paid in last few years. Pay not competitive over time- no real raises (other than 1-2% cost of living) awarded unless promotion, and promotion raises usually capped at 7-10% increase. Prospective hires want to make sure they come in at a high salary because getting more once you're in is tough. Recent employee retention efforts ($) following a period of high turnover ignore mid level and higher.
