Pros

the job and salary is actually alright if you are a student or a fresh graduate. it never gets too good and thats why everyone is leaving in a year at most.

Cons

Hours can get crazy if you work daytime, if you work on NA schedule its bad because you get home at around 2 AM every day. The actual projects are dull and repetitive not allowing you to learn anything new. The management is cheap and expects results with no investments

Pros

Smart researchers and good people.

Cons

The company lost its way , it would not invest in employee development and focused solely on bottom line results. Ipsos is "stuck" in traditional research and does not invest the technology to move the company forward.
