      Never work for this third class company...

      Pros

      Location could be only pro. It is close to Metro station. So you may work there if connectivity of that location is suitable to you.

      Cons

      This is a third class organisation. The work is not properly allotted. The company doesnt have a proper hr policy. You may expect a person just senior than 1 year to be your manager. That manager may abuse you in front of entire office which is insulting. The people at the top are least bothered about employees. Some may not know any basics of market research. But they may be employed for being a friend of wife of executive director of Ipsos.

      Pros

      International exposure Managers and co-workers have commented on high levels of accuracy and work productivity. Takes pride in work and strives to improve work performance. All memos, reports, forms and correspondence are completed on time with no errors.

      Cons

      Has made frequent errors that are harmful to business operations. The supervisor/department head has received numerous complaints about the quality of work. The quality of work produced is unacceptable. Does not complete required paperwork.
