Cons
-Is large, bureaucratic and unwieldy. -The operations side of the business (survey programming and implementation and data processing) is slow and makes frequent errors in data collection and processing that the client services side has to manage and fix and ultimately explain to the client. Senior leadership is aware of this problem and claims to want to fix it but never does. -Too much focus on management processes and not enough on ensuring the quality and integrity of our data. At a certain point, you feel like you are in the business of moving internal folders and boxes around and not caring about the quality of the contents of those folders and boxes. -Raises, bonuses and promotions can be hard to come by unless you are one of those people who is particularly good at moving folders and boxes around.
