Pros

-It is good for temporary work with work from home -You can book shifts conveniently -Supervisors know how to be nice but doesen't mean will accept your reasonings for not getting surveys as they'll compare you to other interviewers results for success.

Cons

-You Will not get shifts if you do not get Enough surveys(after first month of start)! I cannot emphasize this enough -Lack of opportunity for advancement(Most people don't get any promotion)(Only few people get supervisors after like 1 year of being a top ranked interviewer) -You have to face alot of verbal abuse as you deal with angry people since you are calling them without their consent out of the blue.(Applies mainly for consumer based projects during weekends/evenings) -They keep Increasing Strike rate ranks and if you are lowest rank after probation of first 90 days you'll be expelled. -Low pay( will only increase slightly if minimum wage increases)

Overworked and underpaid

Pros

I got to work on a variety of very interesting research projects. This included both quant and qual type work. This is a great place to start your research career, but I would not recommend this place for more senior researchers.

Cons

I was overworked. I would come into the office every Saturday to ensure all work was done on time for the various projects I was working on. The first year I was here I was told I was hired too late in the season to be considered for a raise or bonus, even though I worked more than 50 hours per week. The second year I worked here I was given a .05% raise. That's right it wasn't even 1%. I was literally killing myself, pleasing all my clients. It was then that I knew it was not worth it and I left and got a $40k bump in salary from a competitor.
