Global conglomerate, access to knowledge and training

Cons

Global conglomerate that remains completely oblivious of local realities, local culture. Too bureaucratic, even the smallest decision takes too long. Work life balance is severely challenged no matter how hard the management tries to paper over it. Increments are an insult to one's dignity, arguing about the same even worse. Bonuses are like crumbs at best. Heavy adoption of AI will lead to job losses in the near future for sure. Already no hiring is happening on the pretext of hiring freeze. Not a safe or secure feeling

Good salary to start your career as an market research analyst. Can work remotely and go into an office whenever you want.

Cons

Lots of internal political stuff especially with the upper management. Manager like positions like to threw you under the bus if they view you as weak/not on par with their level - managers don't provide feedback until the last minute instead of proactively telling you so you can correct any negative comments about performance. They say that they have a good work-life balance but in reality they still expect you to work overtime/weekends then you get penalized if you don't especially if a team manager doesn't mention you should (basically expects you to read their minds).
