      Range of different shift times to choose from and you have full flexibility in how many hours you work Very straightforward job with decent pay Ideal as casual work A lot of the projects are quite interesting and important work

      Cons

      Can be quite repetitive and you get quite a bit of abuse from the general public who are not happy about you calling so it would be difficult to do this job full-time - the main reason why a lot of people quit after a while Supervisors micro-manage to ensure you're always being productive which can be draining

      not much really. some people are nice

      we are actually being told in a session to work better as a team that we are all a clog in the big machine. There is just not much care about what you want to develop as a professional individually. We tend to be resources that can be plugged in anywhere. The pay is low, and pay rise is none or close to 1%. Way too many tobacco clients while trying to build a reputation in ESG
