      It is a good work environment, but the work/life balance never happens - you are always working.

      Pros

      The employees (not management) support each other a lot. We work together to solve problems and spread out the work when it is overwhelming.

      Cons

      Management has no idea what is going on at the lower levels. They don't understand how hard we are working, how long things actually take and why we, like everyone else, need to actually follow processes that have been set in place. Everyone at the lower levels is stressed and frustrated.

      Pros

      I liked most of the people I worked with. It was an ok job if a job is all you are looking for.

      Cons

      It is a big corporation and you are only a number. I worked for Synovate which was bought out by Ipsos. Nothing got better with the change.

      Pros

      I ended up making some good friends and connections for future employment and I guess it gave me another thing to add to my resume

      Cons

      Well their whole selling point on the job is that "We aren't Telemarketers" "We aren't selling anything" except its much more difficult to try and sit on the phone for 3 hours to complete a survey!
