Pros

A well-respected company with established processes that effectively support day-to-day project delivery. The organisation also produces a lot of Thought Leadership content, which is useful to reference when writing reports.

Cons

The company can be quite bureaucratic, with many rules and processes that may slow things down. As a large organisation, it can be difficult to get recognised or stand out. While there is a wealth of Thought Leadership, it can sometimes feel like information overload. There are also numerous service lines with non-intuitive names, making it challenging to understand who is responsible for what. Additionally, work-life balance is not always great, depending on the project or team you’re assigned to.
