Pros

Great people, not too strict with working schedule, working hours are great for me (working the evening-night so I have daytime free)

Cons

Not enough pay for the amount of work or the stress. It should be at least 50% more to really be worth it. They don't really care what you think about work. They will let great people go and not offer them more money just for them to stay (I'm talking about people who are great assets, even irreplaceable in some cases).

Pros

Nice working environment, lots of thing you use in project: sql, javascript, VB Script, html, css. So this is a good thing because you gather knowlege from a lot of places.

Cons

The starting salary for a junior is kind of small. At one point you feel that there is not much left to learn. So you stay the same for a period of time.
