Pros

Work life balance, 3 days at office with relatively flexible hours Events - only relevant if you are from the center area

Cons

Do not fit your needs to your role, I had my special needs smashed and ignored since it didn't specify specific things. Their solution for people with issues is to just use headphones or apps they recommend without any personal accommodations. They do not follow or use a system to track your progress in transparent way - either a bad manager or management team but I couldn't see any future there They won't allow you to go into days off debt even for emergencies; and lack of extra pay.
