Pros

- We have some 20% of time as Unstructured time where we can work on our personal goals and other personal developmental activities. - We get lot of recognition for the amount of work we do. - Very friendly work environment.

Cons

No much training will be given on the work we do, We need to figure out all the things by our own little difficult to manage for freshers but still Intuit spends lot on training.

Pros

* Compensation was decent * Flex-time (though you'll pay for it nights & weekends)

Cons

Where do I start? To begin with, management is not what you would consider "top calibre" -- I wonder if some of them even have degrees. Regardless, the company makes most of its money from 2 or 3 cash-cow products and they jealously guard these sacred cows. Understandable. The problem is that the company really falls on its face encouraging and stimulating innovation. In fact, the company secretly sabotages efforts at innovation from within. Furthermore, all that stifled creative energy gets turned inward into a really nasty political environment. It's one of those companies where every year 5 or 10% of its staff have to be jettisoned. And if you don't know who this year's sacrificial lamb is -- then its YOU.

Pros

Excellent compensation and benefits Stable products and good brand name Open culture Excellent employee-employer relationship Technically excellent people to work with - most of the folks are from India's best colleges like IIT,NIT etc and laterals are also awesomely talented folks. US onsite people are also equally talented. Good senior management Good onsite opportunities based on your project Work from home option Innovation labs and unstructured times

Cons

Depends on the team there may be differences in the above mentioned benefits Performance should be excellent to sustain good growth, which can be considered both as pro n con. Nothing else I have figured out till now.
