Pros

This place has pretty good benefits and somewhat ok salary.

Cons

Worked at the Payments division and the upper management there is just completely un-professional and has not idea what the heck they're trying to achieve. The biggest joke is the anual reviews where everybody does complain about the dysfunctional management.. and guess what - nothing is being changed for years. I guess the good thing is that people at least acknowledge that. If you gonna work there, make sure to get the most out of the offer... you're not getting a lot more once you get in.

Pros

Great Benefits - Made up for the slightly lower than average pay Alright Salary - It was a little on the low end for comparable companies Amazing People - Talented experienced developers and great people to work with.

Cons

Mundane tasks Over Management one yet, under management the next (From tracking every 15 minutes to not knowing what is going on within your own department) At the time, no incentives or programs in place for personal growth or tangent projects
