Pros
> Good work life balance > Compensation is good > Many benefits apart from salary in terms of goodies, leaves for taking care of your family or yourself, leaves for helping community, stocks etc > People (I can say for my team atleast) are mature and understanding. They listen to your point of views and take them also if you can reason it.
Cons
Currently, there is no form of compensation for on call support and it is considered to be part of your job. No doubt, it is part of job, but working on weekends or at night is something beyond your working hours. It should be compensated in some form. Also, such nature of job should be disclosed to the candidate at the time of offer. Couldn't find any con besides above till now.
