The benefits at Intuit were great. Even though I was in San Diego, their benefits are competitive with bay area tech companies.

Cons

Financial software isn't the most rewarding and exciting field to work in.

Good place as a first job

Cons

Management sucks. Technology is not on par with other tech companies and so is salaries. It's hard being a black person at this place, they really don't support people of color, and my manager was racist.
