Pros

1. Get to make cross-functional impact 2. Great learning curve. Get to learn a lot from your peers as well. 3. 4. Work pressure but not crazy and it is manageable. You get spotlight (cash rewards) for working on any important/critical feature as well 5. Team members are amazing and chill 6. Lots of swag and some or the other fun events in office 7. Free Snacks all days / Lunch on some weekdays

Cons

2. Quick decisions taken which leads to often going back to the drawing board and improving stuff. 3. Overplanning at times and lot of meetings.
