Pros

None that I can think of

Cons

Too much politics You have to be obedient to progress and survive Highest management showed lot of appreciation towards work done by particular team one month. Guess what, team was then laid off following month as business direction had changed. No appreciation for talent but obedience is truly encouraged. Middle managers are clueless. This company can pull your career back rather than moving it ahead. Definitely not a good place to work!!

Pros

Good Benefits, you can enjoy the "fancy" yearly company party (cost $$$).

Cons

Too much changes and politics. There were three big changes with one year, then a layoff. A team was working on a big production release on site until midnight, then 40% engineers were got the layoff notice before the lunch time.

Pros

Good products. Positive move into the cloud space. Stock price continues to rise. Lots of well-intentioned people. Nice campus, amenities and total rewards package. Great set of values, but... (see below)

Cons

You need to be politically savvy to survive and move up. See and be seen. Smile and wave at the right people. Beware pushing back or being blunt...the emperors are naked. Company values are openly violated by toxic leaders. HR department is complicit and/or lacking courage.
