      Pros

      Great products, great culture, great work life balance- work hard and play hard culture. Meet real customers that use and love our products.

      Cons

      Like every other corporate American company, there are some bad managers within the company and there are some bad departments that are dysfunctional.

      Pros

      I had worked for the same company for 16 years starting in 1993. Intuit acquired the company in 2002. They are a remarkable company. They are truly committed to and respect employees, customers and shareholders. They share knowledge and information very well for a company with many locations and over 6,000 employees. Unfortunately they sold my division to a company that has no respect for any of the above. This made me more aware of the benefits of working for Intuit. In turn I respect Intuit, their senior management and their committment.

      Cons

      The only downside is the fact that my division/business unit was sold to a company that is the antithesis of Intuit. No respect for employees or customers!

      Pros

      Lots of emphasis on customer pain points (not sure if all is good though). Good focus on innovation and new things.

      Cons

      It is trying to identify itself with online and desktop space. Lots of legacy products; not sure about how those would be transitioned.
