Pros

Collaborative, creative environment. Rigorous hiring process results in finding people who are the right fit resulting in minimal need for guidance. Benefits alone are worth more than the salary and show a conscientious investment in (and not just lip service) work/life balance and cultivating careers. Also, Thirsty Thursdays are great!

Cons

Some siloed environments and hurdles with data availability but Intuit remains a very rare working environment that one would be very hard pressed to find better.

Cons

I honestly have yet to see a downside.

Cons

Lack of office (with everyone sitting in cubes with very little privacy)
