Pros

Intuit is the most laid back company. I love the environment and I love the people I work with. We are not discouraged to be ourselves.

Cons

If you don't mind doing 5 million things and having to live pay check to paycheck because the pay is borderline poverty then I guess there isnt one, or the fact that seasonals can come in making more than you make even though you have been there for 8 years or more.

Pros

Managers openly support balancing work and life with rhetoric and actions. They encourage employees to take care of issues at home before tackling work as they know you are only as good as you are engaged and it is hard to be effectively engaged when a temporary personal matter requires focus.

Cons

It is very hard to get noticed unless you are "in" with a group. Managers do not actively seek what is going on in the front lines waiting to notice who trumpets the loudest or who is most flashy when some of the greatest work could be done with modesty. Once that hurdle is mastered, it is easier to succeed with ease.
