Pros

Great people, great culture, love the focus on solving real customer problems, strong market position and lots of opportunity for growth, great focus on career development and skill building, very well run company, strong focus on work-life balance, solving important customer problems, while delivering growth and building great businesses, great focus on new innovative ideas

Cons

Sometimes slow to change and keep up with new technologies, major challenges with deploying new technologies, need to focus on executing the strategy, need to get more teams to go agile, focus on small teams and iterate, learn from customers, need to take all the great ideas and start to get solutions out to the marketplace in a lightweight way, move faster
