Pros

Others have said it better, but the health benefits, facilities, and teamwork among individual contributors and front line managers are all terrific.

Cons

More focus on the key products and services that have made Intuit successful with an emphasis on continous quality improvement would benefit customers, employees, and stockholders. Change can be a wonderful thing for any company, but change for the sake of change without a clear, well planned strategy is wasteful of the brilliance of the workforce. There have been many seemingly superficial, but costly, programs and ill-considered personnel changes that have had a withering effect on employee morale.

Pros

Intuit offers great benefits and the pay is ok to start off with. Bonuses are nice. Co workers are extremely friendly and most everyone is very helpful. Intuit is continuing to grow and come out with new innovative ideas. Great company to be a part of. Thursday socials, beautiful new facility, holiday party. All in all Intuit is a company i would reccomend to friends and family who need steady income and want to be a part of a Company that will continue to be very successful.

Cons

In the last year changes in leadership have had a huge negative impact on employess. The company used to be a place to grow professional and further your career. You were constantly inspired to strive. Now it seems like the company has shifted from a great work place where you would enjoy showing up at to a place that has become too corporate and where you dread to go. End of year raise is minimal to the amount of work you put in. Judged more on your attendence rather than what a great worker you are. The list goes on...

Pros

Take advantage of the great opportunities to learn while there- employee training is strong.

Cons

Very political- to the point of distraction. A culture of political correctness that prohibits transparency.
