      customer orientation, team oriented, social community, community oriented, good diversity of employees of all ages, benefits unmatched, value new talent

      Cons

      innovation narrowly defined, job role narrowly defined, little room for generalists, little room for mobility, too much climbing for limited opportunities for recognition/reward

      Pros

      Good money. Smart and friendly people.

      Cons

      They lay off a lot, even when they're doing very well in the industry and your doing great work. The upper management treats their people like numbers while trying to woo them with fancy internal marketing efforts to make them feel special. It doesn't work anymore.

      Very open atmosphere; Inclusive environment; Great benefits; Work/life balance is appreciated and understood; Generally there is a lot of flexibility with regards to working from home; The products are great;

      Cons

      Extracurricular activities can become an expectation of everyone; Talent assessment of current employees is not done well; the company has lost some of the magic that made it such a great place to work; there was a time when i looked forward to going to work; due to the hard times morale has taken a hit;
