Pros

Most people are great to work with. The development teams are full of great talent, and collaboration on the front line is excellent. Facilities are very good. What we produce is very good and I take great pride in our products. Senior leadership communicates often and is fairly in touch with the workers.

Cons

Compensation is not based on performance, or is at least very inconsistent and vague. Childish office politics and lack of respect for employees has grown in recent years. Almost a complete lack of leadership from middle management, who spend more time covering their own interests than those of their reports. Has shifted dramatically from an environment of development and creativity into a rampant focus on failure, fear, and discouragement.

STILL A GREAT PLACE TO WORK

Pros

- The people - Benefits - Opportunity

Cons

- There seems to be a disconnect in "Line of Sight" at the moment....more so that ever before, and it's coming from the top down. Actions don't align with messages nor with strategy. - More political that EVER before, to the point of feeling "dirty" sometimes. Decisions on promotions in the past year have been based on who you know, how often you drink with them, and how loud you laugh rather than your true talent. If you don't socialize....you don't get promoted.
