      Great company, lots of business challenges, rewarding experiences

      Pros

      Given lots of opportunity & responsibility - not typical of former employers, opinion is valued, very results oriented, recognition of work/life balance, very competitive compensation/benefits.

      Cons

      Not clear development paths, culture where everyone is always working...so not for everybody; not as fun as when I first joined - though to be expected as businesses mature, and rigor is paramount.

      Good working teams Compensation is above average Flexible on personal situations Fairly stable in a tumutious economic environment Very much a customer driven learning culture.

      Lack of Career Mobility /Advancement...reluctently promotes from within Poor track record on what they say versus what they do Passive Agressive Culture Leadership lacks the courage to whats right vs what's safe...fear pervades decison making

      It's a company that treats employees fairly, communicates, has outstanding benefits, cares deeply about customers and shareholders.

      Cons

      Can be pretty soft from time to time focused more on the "how" than business outcomes and results... though that seems to be changing for the better
