Pros

- great work/life balance - opportunities to do volunteer work each year w/We Care and Give Back program - structured feedback process - relaxed, family atmosphere - casual dress code - team-bonding activities such as BBQs and parties - time granted to spend innovating and creating new ideas - great place to learn and grow

Cons

- larger company so a little less nimble, but it is coming up to speed - I am not sure how often or available opportunities arise to move up in the career ladder

Pros

1) The core values of the company are so good ( one of them is employees)

Cons

1) New CEO , CIO thinks that employees are commodities. 2) CIO always compares Intuit IT expenditure with other companies. I'm not sure where she is getting this crazy idea of comparing Apples with Oranges (Intuit with Symantec). 3) These So called Sr. leaders wants to take every thing to INDIA (Offshore). Why the hell they need to keep the company here? Why not they move the entire company to INDIA? 4) When our President Obama is trying to keep the jobs on-shore and make the economy better, this crazy CEO & CIO wants take every thing (all the jobs) to INDIA (except the buildings).

Pros

Great people, realistic in their position in the market. Open to learning new things. On a growth path. Benefits are top notch.

Cons

Extreme fast pace (depending on your department). Same as any company who is competitive (so really this isn't a con) - it can be exhausting. If you don't like change - then this is not the company for you.
