-People are caring and smart -People at Intuit like to work hard and play hard -Leadership tries to be transparent about organizational changes -Great salary for experienced hires

Cons

-The pay is not as high as it could be for recent college grads -People are so nice that they sometimes skirt around issues or avoid candor when it is needed -A little too conservative with decisions about the web -Need more technical people in senior positions

Pros

Benefits are still great. If you get laid-off, you can always look forward to coming back as a contractor and have less responsibility and more pay.

Cons

Way too many politics that are driving business decisions - seem like it's gotten worse over the last couple of yearts. It's awful in SBG land. Not one Intuit - but many greedy silo's all competing for the same resources. Too much talking from leadership and no enough action.
