Pros

Great benefits package, generous vacation time, great facilities, bright employees, good work-life balance

Cons

The products are just not that innovative, it's sometimes difficult to get excited about selling Turbotax or Quicken. The company moves slowly as you would expect with now 8000+ employees.

Pros

I had worked for the same company for 16 years starting in 1993. Intuit acquired the company in 2002. They are a remarkable company. They are truly committed to and respect employees, customers and shareholders. They share knowledge and information very well for a company with many locations and over 6,000 employees. Unfortunately they sold my division to a company that has no respect for any of the above. This made me more aware of the benefits of working for Intuit. In turn I respect Intuit, their senior management and their committment.

Cons

The only downside is the fact that my division/business unit was sold to a company that is the antithesis of Intuit. No respect for employees or customers!
