Pros

Flexible work hours with a workload which shifts between requiring extra time at work to being able to take off early on other days. Always seems to be something going on to inform or entertain the staff such as socials when departments get to mingle over food and drink or leaders addressing large groups of staff to highlight changes or future plans.

Cons

There is a strong expectation to fit staff into guidelines of performance ratings. Working across multiple times zones can make a collaborative effort difficult.

Pros

- Good benefits - Flexible work environment - Nice offices - Very competitive bonus structure - Company is poised to execute on its SaaS strategy - Much improved structure in the Small Biz team after several years of misguided efforts to build massive, ill advised software "platforms"

Cons

- not terrifically innovative - difficult to get promoted into the upper tiers of management. The environment is very political so you have to play the game the way they do

Pros

Great people, room to progress your career if you work hard, good facilities and good products that you can believe in, always learning new things and they also encourage you to learn new things.

Cons

Can be hard to progress your career if your face doesn't fit, some employees move up the ladder faster although they have been there less time and have less experience than people who have been their longer and may use these people who they have bypassed to answer their questions on how to do their new job roll. sometimes work is not recognized or rewarded. Feel we have lost some of the invention and innovation that Intuit was known for, not using or creating leading edge technology anymore.
