Pros

Great company to work for People are friendly, helpful and love to learn Great management

Cons

Sharing and socializing before making decisions. At Intuit there are several "stakeholders" on every project, which results into slower decision making

Pros

Great company with lots of good ideas and an environment that promotes creativity and innovation. Leadership is constantly looking for new opportunities to grow the company while still being focused on the core business.

Cons

- The company is becoming plagued with bad managers as well as many good managers put in bad situations. - Office politics has taken the fun out of coming to work. - There are too many people trying to make a name for themselves rather than focusing on helping the company get better at solving our customers needs.

Pros

flexable work schedule, friendly people, great respect between employees, enjoyable place to work. Things are always changing. Works out good if you have other things through out the year like, tax prepareing and summer time with the kids.

Cons

it is only seasonal. Never sure if you are going to get hired again. Less pay if I was in my field. Always in fear of lossing your job.
