Pros

Great San Diego campus, fitness center, beach volleyball, basketball, great food onsite.

Cons

Big, slow moving beast. Few groups are doing really exciting, state of the art stuff. Lots of organizational changes in middle and upper management.

Pros

Good Values. Seem to care about Employees at least on paper Great Benefits and outpays average tech companies in the market

Cons

Too much Business focussed and less Technology focussed. Senior Management keeps chasing the latest fad. How can they have true convictions about technology of they have come ground up from Software companies
