      The best package you will get - salary, bonus, benefits are all top notch Work from home with all travel paid

      Cons

      Serious micro-management that include daily out of work hour WhatsApp messages about targets. So. Many. Meetings One of the most sales driven cultures ever - hugely OTT targets that whole teams miss, no actual view of their market, very little post sale customer care Poor internal comms & help - often told to 'look back at training' if you get stuck Outside of sales this is a great company to work for

      Too focused on surveys, manager controls your work experience

      Pros

      Company has very progressive work policies and a generally good environment. The company offers a 401k (vests after two years), transportation subsidies, and bonus pay for meeting survey metrics.

      Cons

      Theres little accountability on the managers who control the experience. If the managers decide to be obsessed with the surveys, they can make your time at the job terrible. The pay is low as well, lowering the incentive of top quality talent to enter or stay. Surveys are pushed very hard overall, which takes away focus from serving the customers and more towards ‘meeting the numbers’.

      Managers don't have time for the people that interview, and follow up is atrocious.

      401k. That is all.

      Cons

      I was referred and recommended to a higher lever more senior position, and the woman I interviewed with seemed like she could care less to be there talking to me; she kept typing on her computer and came across very frazzled. This was after the recruiter I was working with up until this point said he would get back to me time after time, and never would. This was also after I held my calendar open on several occasions waiting for a call that never came - from the same recruiter. I lost billable work on more than one occasion because of this.
