Pros

Good perks with competitive pay

Cons

Engineers are overworked, leaders are super out of touch, constant fears of does not meet expectations and layoffs because managers are encouraged to chop people from their teams during review cycles

Pros

Compensation and benefits. Employee perks

Cons

Toxic leadership. Siloed decisions top-down with zero input or consultation even with SMEs and key contributors. Continous shift in priorities. 90% of the projects end up not getting implemented. HIGHLY political. Striving to become FAANG while forgetting the grounds and principles that the company once stood for.
