Pros

bank balance, Free food (Worst Quality), Free Cab, Good Package but "Don't trust the glassdoor reviews - they're fake".Because during the joining, all HR will write Glassdoor review On behalf of you. All are marketing tricks...

Cons

They are copying all big companies but reality one of worst companies in the world. Because all testers are manger right now they have no skill at all. They want you to work like Microsoft but the reality is different. Be ready to be treated as second grade, being shouted at, with no cooperation, very first day. Recently they have got all best companies buy comparison with all fiance company in india. They have own Brand team to showcase always.

Pros

Overpaid. Benefits. Nothing else. You will not learn anything unfortunately. This “tech” company has no systems in place. Use Google docs like a tiny start up.

Cons

Cult like atmosphere. Almost scary how robotic everyone is. Unqualified people who know they are lucky to have a good paying job so they adhere to the cult atmosphere. “Speed Dating” is an actual initiative as a way to get to know your team. Truly sad. One unqualified person brings in unqualified people that they worked with in the past.

Pros

- nice campus - good gym - competitive pay

Cons

- Terrible onboarding. Management and team unwilling to contribute to success to new team members - 30 / 60 / 90 day plan when you join. Daily meetings with management to review performance to date. This is essentially a front to determine if you're good enough to stay - Mandatory monthly checkin with management. This is an informal Performance Improvement Plan (PIP). Management can let you go after just a couple months of what they view as a lack of performance - Management out for own personal gain - Intuit is viewed as a "great place to work" but the culture in finance is very toxic and cut throat
