Pros

Joined in 2023 and have seen steady growth since then. Smart, collaborative colleagues, good culture. Lots of room to innovate (2 full week hackathons every year). Access to develop with top notch AI tools, and the stack is modern. Lots of room to grow in the SMB world.

Cons

Would appreciate a much clearer focus and empowerment to say no, Fragmented orgs and complex dependencies slow down progress. Very limited HR support for leaders. WLB can be brutal.
