Nice structures in place(IT, custom made tools,etc), most work place are decent and relatively well maintained. Entry level salary is good Very good benefits packages

HIGHER MANAGEMENT. - Decision are made in a dictatorial way; most of time with little care given to Employee well-being and suprinsingly, with little to no evaluation of long term impact of decision. - Bullying is a way of management

Lots of overtime if you're a hard worker. Good health insurance. They are pretty flexible on your schedule, and usually give you any time off you request.

Cons

Zero room to grow, promotions are not based on performance. . Management is out of touch with the employees they manage.
