      Great place for development of Engineering Skills Rewarding for top performers Awesome benefits and vacation time Growing fast with potential of new opportunities

      Cons

      Strategies from upper-management constantly change. Many times new business plans are not seen all the way through. Staffing of Engineers and Technicians could improver. There is sometimes too much work for the current staff.

      Benefits are great. They also allow you to create your own career path. Management is quick to move on new and innovative ideas. Very customer focused and growth-focused. Local and regional management does a good job looking out for employees when possible.

      Cons

      Pay/salary is regulated at corporate level with little control by local management staff. This seems to choke
