Pros

They are flexible about start times and days off. Average pay and benefits. Many nice co-workers. No micro management, at least not in my area.

Cons

New hires DO NOT get 4 weeks of PTO, as other posters are reporting, it's the standard 2 weeks vacation, unless you can talk them into more. There are also 10 holidays, but 6 of them are in the last 5-6 weeks of the year. Old equipment, computers, desks, chairs, etc...mice and bugs in the office. If your computer dies, you get a hand me down from someone else that has left, the only new computers are given to management or people who've been there for a long time. And if you have computer problems, be prepared to wait hours or days for assistance, as there is no in-house IT person. You must go through IT in India and it could be days before they get back to you to even find out what your issue is. No bonuses, these were apparently taken away before I started working here. Now only management gets bonuses. Also, no employee appreciation at all, the Christmas luncheon was a gloomy affair with terrible food, held at a nearby conference center just because the office manager likes it. They handed out 5 gift cards as prizes (2 won by management), then everybody gets to go back to work! The "state of the company" speech by upper management was far from encouraging, actually sounding like we should all be looking for new jobs. Some positions have an extreme workload, with lots of hours. I have seen these employees outside crying because they can't handle the stress. High turnover in the project coordinator area, and new hires don't get enough training. This makes customer invoices incorrect many times, they have to be revised, much to the chagrin of clients and employees, as it adds a lot of extra work that shouldn't have to be done.

Pros

Good benefits, Great PTO, flexible schedules

Cons

Pay is low, appreciation for hard work is non existent from management. Constantly told how good the company is doing, then increases come out and you get next to nothing. No loyalty due to management's inability to address issues. Zero communication. Many lazy worthless workers. promotion according to who you know not what kind of job you do. The company is extremely top heavy...too many chiefs...many of whom do very little. No appreciation of the little guy doing all the work.
