No management at all. No communication. Employees treated as expendable animals. Pay is below market average.

Decent salary, decent benefits and not a terrible corporate culture.

Cons

The specific location I worked at was not the best - management would constantly bad mouth other Intertek offices and labs. Inadequate training (if at all). Management not receptive to any feedback.
