      Pros

      There is good opportunity to learn from some very smart people.good work/life balance.

      Cons

      Company is very short sighted. Does not invest in the facilities or the people.The Equipment is outdated and pieced together from junk. Its all about getting the tests completed so we can charge the clients, whether it is done correctly or not.It is a quantity not quality culture.It is a good place to learn a few things and then move on.

      I was able to travel on business for field testing and learn through hands on experience. They give you enough responsibilities to challenge yourself and allow you to be fairly independent.
