Pros

If you have no degree or experience it is a good place to start, but get out as soon as you can.

Cons

Low pay, unsafe work conditions, too much turnover. 20 people have been through the department within a year but left by quitting. The pay is barely above minimum wage jobs and requires standing constantly throughout the shift. The workplace is unsafe; there are chemicals all around without proper safety procedures. Work 6pm to 6am.

Pros

+Great coworkers, people are very nice & friendly +Learn a lot quickly +If you work hard, can move up pretty quickly and easily

Cons

-Should pay employees more (they are constantly having great workers leave b/c they aren't getting paid enough) -Workload is ever increasing as more and more people leave

Work/Life Balance is ok. Location is good.

Cons

Micromanagement is a huge problem. It is counterproductive. Hire people who you trust to do their jobs so you (management) can do yours!
