Great atmosphere, great benefits and you're trusted to work independently without hovering supervision. It's a great place to begin your career.

Cons

2 weeks pto, 2 weeks sick time. In house RnD for equipment fabrication. Moderately organized check-out system to locate samples.

Cons

Some unreliable equipment which leads to unreliable data. Management has poor pricing on some work, causing work to be given away and possibly blame depts. for poor income. Samples can be lost if not moved in system when going from dept. to dept.
