Was able to take truck home. Lots of travel to nice places.

Cons

Upper management was flakey in our part of the country. When things started to get rocky they dropped the reigns and watched us struggle.

Flexible working hours. Nice colleagues who have a lot of experience in the Inspection industry. Close to my house so easy to get to work

Cons

Driven by profit and lining the pockets of their shareholders. No training given, no possibility of progression and subsequently no increases in salary as a result.
