working in an industry (quality control, testing) that has a positive impact

Cons

are obsessed by reporting : "daily, weekly, monthly" as management says all the time. Not very results-oriented, just obsessed by obeying corporate instructions on ever-more detailed and frequent reporting.

The only Pro- Not very strict on leave policy and office timings unless until your manager have a personal grudge.

Cons

Cons: - -No work life balance. Work timings goes beyond 14-16 hrs. Forced to work even on Saturdays & Sundays. -In this so called MNC, every Saturday & Sunday is mandatory full day working. -Micro management. Even HR questions about daily operations/sales/CS activities. -Complex hierarchy which is not required. -Unwanted SOP's which is waste of time & money. -Company shows profit out of employees benefit. Which means, increments are horrible even for the best performer. Top performer gets an average of 2%-3% (Irrespective of the level/designation) hike though company is beyond 35%-40% profit margin. -No job security. Company believes in Hire & Fire policy. -Neither an employee-centric nor customer-centirc organization. This is applicable only in India (across all locations- Gurgaon/Mumbai/Bangalore/Chennai/Tirupur). Globally company is maintaining actual MNC standards.

Generous paid time off, but if you take the time you will fall too far behind because there is no support team.

Cons

Management has no clue how to treat employees, weak support team, too focused on 30 day revenue cycle. Not willing to invest in employees future or growth. Micro management over employees that are doing well.
