Very high pressure to meet monthly quotas.

Lack of growth opportunity... As soon as Intertek aquired the business, the opportunity for progression ceased, especially since Intertek decided the business unit didnt fit with their model, even though I had brought in three of the largest single projects that the division had even had (and prestigious). There was too much fighting to invoice ahead of work being done, and then being told we are not making enough money the next month, when in fact forward invoicing was causing the problems.... Became bigger issues when forward invoicing for work being performed in the next financial year.
