Pros

Salary is good and vacation days are pretty good. Benefits are only ok.

Cons

There are over 700 reviews, look for consistency. My issues were with the management for the most part. No good feedback; very poor training. One associate could not do their job for a month because the company was in a dispute with the software developer. I assumed that the issues were with another location when I was looking at the glass door star rating, but the issues stem from the top and that affects the entire company’s culture. The company has terrible retention. I have many more cons, but I suggest looking at several reviews; don’t just take my word for it. However, I would dismiss any review that has no Pros or no Cons, every company has good and bad points.

Pros

Local. FTSE 100 company.

Cons

Lack of connection between management and staff. Treated as numbers and not people and expected to work above and beyond for little or no recognition or reward/incentive.

Not a great place to work

Pros

Most employee's were great, knowledgeable, understanding, helpful and just a pleasure to be around every day.

Cons

Management are awful. Salaries are awful. They're too concerned with hitting targets than they are employee welfare. They didn't take take the proper steps with me and my depression and left me feeling bullied by HR and other members of my team, with HR and a Director telling me to "just be happy" and "make more of an effort". Lack of flexibility in hours (except for managers and the managers friends). No benefits (except pension).
