Nothing at all absolutely terrible

Cons

Staff all super unwelcoming no on said hello to me when I started acted like I didn't even exist. They had none of my logins and ppe prepared even after 2 month of me accepting the job. They also never sent me a contract so I only signed one on my first day of starting. Taught me nothing would leave me alone with nothing to do but also expect me to know what I was doing without any training or trainer around.

PTO is decent after a few years

Cons

You are expected to complete expense reports, quotes, invoicing, reports, field work, etc with minimal help. Reports are expected to be issued within 2-3 days, which is difficult when you travel. I have a minimum of 3 one hour meetings a week. Experienced staff leave and are replaced by green kids straight out of school. The entire company is revenue driven. Quality is second to the almighty dollar.
