Chances to travel sometimes, Direct management is decent

Cons

Constant turnover, Poor communication from management — it’s often unclear what’s expected or when work will happen. Very little rewards for hard work. No team building, terrible PTO. Profits over livelihood, Outdated culture

Pros

Gain some experience in mining industry. Some inhouse opportunities to work away at regional sites. Good place to work as short term job while you look for something better.

Cons

Low pay rate Hot dirty working conditions. Minimal career advancement. They only want robots to get their numbers done and do not recognise any skills The shifts do not help or support each other through proper hand overs or end of shift tidying. Many upper and lower management are very condescending, rude and gossip and complain about any new staff. Very boring work.
