Pros

- Yourline manager will determine your success and or you look on the organization . -they must fully support you or they are strict and micromanaging - if your manager is flexible then you have a flexible schedule /hybrid -once your hired it’s very hard for you to get Fired -you can literally come in and do the bare minimum and no one will notice

Cons

-There is little to no support management from upper and higher management . Just prefer you stick to goals designated by UK group that has no idea the short falls of a U.S. based organization ( or maybe they care less) -very minimal work life balance , say good bye to vacations that you earn but rarely get to use . -bonus structure for management that is not attainable and no explanation given on why this was not achieved . -has company controls that are ignored , and higher management doesn’t want to be involved with the lower level individuals. -lower level employees work tirelessly. -business process have not adapted to an technological advances -if you have drive , ideas DO NOT COME TO WORK HERE THOSE DREAMS WILL BE KILLED AT EVERY TURN -No training , or details on who to go to for what -no synergy across any departments

I hate my job

Pros

Very little to say here, the team I work with all agree they hate the MD

Cons

Where to begin? Management and upper mama get have the communicational skill's of a bowl of fruit. MD would rather hide in his office, than face the diminishing moral standards that are taking over the workforce faster than Covid took Wuhan. When asked in a town hall meeting was he going to address the low and practically non existent level of staff moral, and he replied "we're not here to talk about moral" and continued showing us pictures of flight paths. Pay raises don't exist and there hasn't been a cost of living adjustment in 4 years. When questioned about it he says it's being looked into and then the topic is ignored. Middle management have lost all sense of drive and ambition to help the employees. Management and MD have asked for an increase in production, even though we work in a quality capacity. No chance of self or career progression. Management would rather give newly available roles to a close friend, than to currently employees who are begging for any form of career progression.

Pros

4 weeks PTO to start. It's possible to get on a team of great people.

Cons

Pay is 30-50% below market rates No growth unless you happen to come in at the right time (ie someone just quit) Abysmal COVID policies, despite selling health and safety audits 1% raises during 7% inflation Deciding not to cover spouses with health insurance unless they can prove they don't have another way to get it Encouraging employees to go back to school, then removing education reimbursement benefits midway through Promoting a "Kindness" internal initiative while slashing health benefits Perpetually waiting for the promotion you will never get, the carrot dangling in front of you for months until you just quit No stance on anything that is happening in the world. No culture of D&I. Very outdated concept that the best worker is the one who works the most hours, and not the one who does the best work. Profits and stocks are always allegedly soaring, so where is the money going?
